Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Service.
- To access and use the Services, you must register for a Storech account (“Account”) by providing your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. Storech may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
- You acknowledge that Storech will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Storech cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
- You are responsible for all activity and content such as data, graphics, photos and links that is uploaded under your Storech Account (“Store Content”). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Use as determined in the sole discretion of Storech will result in an immediate termination of your services.
Prohibited Businesses
- Age restricted products or services
- Airlines
- Alcohol
- Any product or service that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or trade secrets of any third party
- Any merchant that is deemed as too high risk to support
- Bail bonds
- Bidding fee auctions
- Collection agencies
- Counterfeit goods
- Cruise lines
- Credit card and identity theft protection
- Currency exchanges or dealers
- Drug paraphernalia
- Engaging in any form of licensed or unlicensed aggregation or factoring
- Engaging in deceptive marketing practices
- Gambling
- Human hair, fake hair, or hair-extensions
- Illegal products or services
- Marijuana dispensaries and related businesses
- Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
- Offering substantial rebates or special incentives to the Cardholder subsequent to the original purchase
- Pharmacies or pharmacy referral services
- Pre-paid phone cards
- Pseudo pharmaceuticals
- Securities brokers
- Any sexually-oriented products or services
- Selling social media activity, such as Twitter followers, Facebook likes or Youtube views
- Shipping or forwarding brokers
- Substances designed to mimic illegal drugs
- Travel agencies or travel clubs
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes
- Weapons and munitions
By accepting this Agreement you confirm that you will satisfy these requirements and will continue to do so in connection with your use of the Service.
